Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.foxs.com, please e-mail us at weborders@foxs.com.  In the e-mail include your order # and item(s) you would like to return along with the reason for return to receive a free return shipping label. You will receive the return shipping label via e-mail within 24-48 hours of your request. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.  Once the items are received back in our warehouse you will be credited the amount of your return item(s).  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  The only exceptions to returns are Gift Cards, customizable or monogrammed items, and swimwear, which will be clearly marked on the product's information page.  All items must be in original purchased condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Please be sure to include your original invoice in the box.  Refunds will be issued within 5 business days from receipt of goods.

Online purchases may also be returned to your nearest store location within 14 days of delivery.  Merchandise must be unworn with original Fox's tags attached and accompanied by Fox's invoice.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a store credit is requested.  The only exceptions to returns are Gift Cards, customizable or monogrammed items, and swimwear.  Valid photo identification is required. 

Please be aware that items bought from www.foxs.com are not eligible for price adjustments.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at weborders@foxs.com.  The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.  Fox's is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
